Product Description:
The primary ingredient in this product consists of synthetic wax, natural wax, and a cationic polymer. These components are polymerized through a specialized process to enhance their effectiveness.
This product is specifically designed for sizing applications in pulp. After its application, there is a noticeable improvement in both the sizing level and the softness of the paper. The treatment results in a gentle and natural gloss, while also providing a moist and pleasant hand feel.
Additionally, the water resistance of the paper is significantly enhanced, making it more durable against moisture exposure.

This type is also presented as a white ionic emulsion. It similarly has a solid content of around 35%, with a variation of ±1%.
However, its pH value lies between 5 and 8, suggesting a near-neutral to slightly alkaline condition. The viscosity at 25 degrees Celsius is lower than 100 mPa·s, indicating it is less viscous compared to the cationic type.
Applications:
This product is highly versatile and can be applied to a wide range of paper and cardboard materials. Typical uses include printing wrapping paper, writing paper, food wrapping paper, and cable wrapping paper, among others. It is commonly incorporated directly into the pulp during the paper manufacturing process.
In addition to being added directly to the pulp, this product can also be utilized in combination with rosin glue and neutral sizing agents to achieve effective sizing results. This flexibility allows it to cater to various production requirements and paper quality standards.
When using this product, the recommended dosage for adding it to pulp is between 15 to 20 kilograms per metric ton of pulp. Alongside this, aluminum sulfate should also be added at a dosage of 15 to 20 kilograms per metric ton of pulp. To ensure optimal performance, it is best to maintain the pulp’s pH value in the range of 4.5 to 5.0.
